* FFOG Confidentiality Policy

It is the policy of the Foundation Financial Officers Group (FFOG) to respect and protect the implicit or expressed confidentiality of all materials and information shared by FFOG's members and contributors.

Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all FFOG matters and discussions in any way through FFOG's communication network. This includes, but is not limited to, the discussion threads, postings on FFOG's website, information exchanges at FFOG's semi-annual meetings and all information available in FFOG's Surveys. It is expected that all FFOG members will adequately communicate this policy on confidentiality to the Officers and Trustees of their member organizations with whom this information may be shared, on a need-to-know basis, from time to time.

Members also agree not to share personal information about other FFOG members with any third party, as described in FFOG's privacy policy, which can be found on FFOG's website.

* Participation in Annual Surveys

Participation in FFOG's annual surveys is both a benefit and an obligation of membership. It is FFOG's survey policy that: access to survey results is awarded only to survey participants. To ensure the most robust collection of data, a baseline membership requirement is participation in FFOG's three major annual surveys: Investment Survey, Compensation Survey and Administrative Cost Survey.
